Folding Tender Cradle
Automatic tender cradles can be built into the vessel’s deck flooring where the tender can rest when not in use. When the tender is hoisted into the water, the tender cradles can be lowered into the deck flooring to minimize obstacles.
Hydraulic Stabilizers
Stabilizer systems are designed to reduce roll during severe weather conditions underway or at anchor. Stabilizer systems can reduce a ship’s roll by 90%, making working on board safer and living on board more comfortable, even at zero speed. Power Units
Cramm builds hydraulic and electric power units in every required capacity and with all necessary safety equipment. For rescue equipment, units are equipped with an emergency back-up system so they can be powered by the emergency generator, battery pack or hand pump. Another option is a sound insulation unit for a substantial reduction in noise levels.
Steering Systems
Cramm’s hydraulic steering systems have a capacity up to 100,000 NM in both single and double thruster applications. We can develop various types of systems (servo-hydraulic, follow-up, etc.). We also deliver dual steering position systems.
Thrusters
Hydraulic or electric bow and stern thrusters can be supplied in steel, aluminium and stainless steel finishes, depending on whether the yacht is built in steel, aluminium or composite. Capacities vary from 12 kW to 110 kW and thrusters are provided with advanced integrated controls for operation.
Capstans
Capstans are produced vertically in high-gloss polished stainless steel, have a tensile strength of 82,000 N and are supplied in electric or hydraulic versions.
